The master bedroom is located on the main floor of the home and is fitted with a king-size bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom, fitted with a queen bed, is also on the first floor and has access to a full bathroom located in the hallway right outside the bedroom. Head up the spiral staircase to the upper level which accommodates another four guests, two of which can sleep in the third bedroom. This bedroom features a double bed. There is a loft area outside the bedroom which has a daybed with an accompanying trundle. The third full bathroom is located on this floor. BATHROOMS There are three full bathrooms in this home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. The master bedroom on the main floor contains a full ensuite bathroom, while one full bathroom is located just across the hallway and easily accessible for the guests staying in the secondary bedroom. The ensuite boasts a large combination shower and tub. The third full bathroom is located on the second level of the home, right between the loft area and third bedroom. Worry about nothing with these thoughtfully stocked bathrooms that provide everything you need and more. KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING ROOMS The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. There's a small dining table in the kitchen which seats 4, as well as 3 barstools at the island. The main dining room table seats 6 guests. Both living rooms are situated on the main level of the home and are each kitted with smart TVs. Both rooms receive ample natural light from the large windows. There is seating for 10 people between the two rooms. The living rooms are located right next to each other. OUTSIDE SPACE The exterior area of this home boasts patios both out front and in the back yard. In the warmer months, an outdoor dining area with seating for four is situated on the front patio of this lovely home for use during your stay. There is a grill for guest use year-round. Take a quick walk down Ocean Ave to enjoy the gorgeous ocean views as well as the beautiful President Bush Compound. Colony beach is about a 30 minute walk and a 5 minute drive. There are also several other beautiful beaches within a 10 minute drive from the home. There are multiple HDTVs in the home, one in each living room and one upstairs int he loft area. You are welcome to use the laundry area located in the entryway, as well as the work desk in the loft area. This home is located in a private neighborhood. A unique door code will be given to guests prior to check-in, granting them access to the estate. This is a dog-friendly home and we allow a maximum of 2 dogs. There is enough parking for five vehicles in the driveway. Please do not park on the road. Refundable deposit of $2,000 Cleaning fee of $450 Pet Fee of $250 Move in ready. All appliances and furniture is included. A utilities allowance of $500/month is included, excess is paid by the tenant. Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number. Applicant's monthly household income must exceed 2.5x the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years. Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 600. A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. Applicant must be a non-smoker. Renters insurance required. Notice to vacate agreement applies including month-to-month extensions.
