PVTA buses and Amtrak are also both very accessible (you can see the train pass from the living room!) No laundry in the building but there's a laundromat on the same block. On street parking only. Landlord is extremely responsive and nice -- she runs the delicatessen downstairs and lives a 5 minute drive away.
