While linens and towels are not provided, they are available for rent at our office. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a drip coffee maker, ensuring you have the essentials for a comfortable stay. Dogs are considered with a $125 pet fee. Please bring your own drinking water as the water source is from the lake. The cottage is equipped with a gas grill and a firepit for outdoor enjoyment. Although there is no dock, a mooring is available for water activities. The nearby Sebago Lake Campground and Windham provide additional amenities such as laundromats. The occupancy limit is strictly five, with a limit of four occasional day guests. There is no washer or dryer on-site, so guests are advised to use the laundromat at Sebago Lake Campground or in Windham. Fans are available for your comfort, and a monitor provides heat.
