beautiful 2 bedroom cottage located 50 feet from the beach in a quiet, and serene pocket of Old Orchard Beach. This is a stand-alone cottage. Spacious living room, spacious bedroom with queen size bed, 2 night stands and a bureau. Bunk beds in the second bedroom. Our cottage has recently been painted. No longer is it white with pink trim. It is now white with blue trim. All our cottages have been thoroughly insulated for year round use. New windows have just been installed, brand new mattresses and bed frames have been purchased & installed. New Keurig coffee machines have been purchased and will replace the old coffee pots. New outdoor, patio furniture, tables & chairs & sun umbrellas have been ordered, to be installed this Spring. New off-street parking signs have been purchased and shall also be installed next Spring. 3-6 month lease.
