The rental amount is 1750.00 per month, tenants pay their own utilities, gas heat and hot water, electricity and cable. We take certain pets on an individual basis, there is off street parking available for $125.00 per month. We require a security deposit of 1750.00 which is due at the time of the lease signing. It is a no smoking building and grounds. The lease term is one year. Tenants pay for their own electric, gas, cable, we pay sewer/water/trash and snow removal.
