Video surveillance may be used in public or common areas for safety. Unauthorized visitors may incur fees, and quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am with violators charged a $200 fine. Smoking in the accommodation or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation, and a State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
