For this 900 sq. ft. fully renovated unit, the family must meet - the occupancy, income and requirement criteria to apply. Must supply a copy of credit report/score - Freecreditscore.com supply all three agencies (social security # crossed out). Background Checks will need to be provided for applicants/family members over 18. Must supply copy of latest taxes (social security # crossed out). Must supply Proof of Income (employee # crossed out) Note: Section 8 vouchers are not accepted. Monthly payments are based on 30% of gross income minus a $180.00 utility allowance. [Minimum cost: $740/month but final cost is determined based on gross income.] Cost of child care, medical payments in excess of 3% of gross income, the earnings of a child under 18, and the earnings of resident students under 23 may be used to reduce income to the maximum allowed. A $1,500.00 cash capital contribution is required with at least $500.00 payable at move-in plus the regular monthly payment. If need be, the remainder may be paid over the next two months in addition to the regular monthly payment.
