I have a private room available in a completely remodeled house (3 ppl currently share the 4 bedroom house). Utilities could be flat $50 a month or be shared based on actual utility bills. Bathroom is shared. Located in the highly desirable Northwood community, Bright and airy with lots of windows, Vaulted Ceiling , recessed lights , Kitchen with stainless appliances ,granite countertops, family room with fireplace leading to a large back yard. fruit trees, plants surround backyard, minutes away to supermarket, banks, restaurants and Assoc amenities including Olympic-size pool ,Tennis, Spa etc. Central A/C, washer, and dryer are available. Parking would never be an issue as it is a fully single home residential area and there is ample street parking everywhere. Garage is also available for an additional cost. Lease would be month to month, with first month's rent and a security deposit collectible before move in. No pets and no doubles allowed. Please do not contact me if you are in this situation.
