Camp has been recently jacked & leveled with new pillars, soft spot on the roof has been patched (never leaked) and a new deck platform at the lakes edge with a dock system that will convey with the sale. Shoreline is rocky, with sandy bottom and deepwater frontage, so perfect for swimming and fishing. Large deck is the ideal place to enjoy the lake views and entertain. Boat to Belgrade Village for Day's Store groceries, fine dining at the Village Inn and 7 Lakes Alliance docks for the Sunday Farmers Market, to the Marina for fuel or Sadies Boathouse Restaurant for a lovely meal. Great Pond is one of the state's largest lakes with over 49 miles of shoreline to explore with both warm and cold water sport fisheries on this 8,800+ lake!
