Guest must complete a rental application and be approved prior to moving in. First week's rent PLUS tax as well as additional $500 security deposit. We have a strict No-pet, No-smoking policy. If a violation is reported, you will be displaced immediately. Located at the Seabreeze Motel in beautiful Old Orchard Beach. First floor unit. Standard room with 2 double beds, kitchenette with a full size fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, table for 2 for $210 week plus tax. Available now until May. EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED in the weekly rent: Heat, electricity, cable, internet, and water. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS AND NO-SMOKING!
