The apartment has easy access to the river if you enjoy fishing, kayaking, or just enjoying the scenery. There is also a yard and a small deck built into the trees over the river for your enjoyment. The living room has plenty of space for a couch, chairs, a tv, bookcases, etc. The kitchen has nice appliances (stove and refrigerator), a pantry, and plenty of cabinet space. The bathroom has a shower and a tub, and all of the necessary amenities. The bedroom has a closet and a large window to let in sunlight. There is an air conditioning window unit in this apartment. This is a quiet area with working adults. Parking lot provided. No large/loud parties. No smoking inside. No laundry on site. NO PETS. You pay a $40 flat rate for water that is already included in your monthly rent price - we pay the rest. You pay for electric. $800 a month - priced for ONE applicant. Tenant pays for power, internet, etc. We pay for water. No smoking inside the units.
