Owner has a friendly large golden doodle. Short long term leases available i.e. 30, 60, 90 days, etc. Background checks and references required. Single occupant may have one guest for limited periods when cleared in advance by owner. Renters insurance is recommended but not required. No smoking inside room. Street parking is unrestricted. Room cleaning/inspection is required every 2 weeks at tenants expense coordinating with owner/tenant's schedules.
