The apartment includes a washer and dryers in the unit, granite countertops, pantry, and lots of cupboard space, tall ceiling, vinyl flooring, private balcony, AC, Optix internet, and pet-friendly. Tenant pays for gas and electricity. It averages out to about $60 a month for both combined depending on the tenant. The apartment will be completely disinfected before the move-in date.
