This condo offers exceptional mobility, with the MARTA station just two blocks away, allowing quick access to the rest of the city and the airport. There is no onsite parking for this building. Please do not leave valuables inside your car, as we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage. Laundry facilities are available in the basement of the building for your convenience. A $10 laundry card can be purchased from the concierge. You'll be a very short walk or drive to The Americas Mart, CNN Center, Centennial Olympic Park, Peachtree Center Mall, Georgia World Congress Center, Phillips Arena, Atlanta Aquarium, New World of Coca-Cola, and The Fox Theater. Our public transit is MARTA, and there is a stop a few blocks away, making most attractions within walking distance. If rules are violated, you may be asked to leave the building without a refund. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the building, with a $250 fine for violations. No parties or gatherings are allowed, and no pets are permitted, with a $600 fine for violations. Missing sensor cards or fobs will incur a $100 replacement cost. Late check-out without prior agreement will result in an additional cleaning and inconvenience fee starting at $200. The building was constructed in 1963, and the air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled. During March and November, guests may feel too warm or too cold, and fans or space heaters will be provided. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit, and no noise should be heard outside the unit at any time. Bicycles are not allowed in the elevators, and a key to the Bicycle Room can be obtained from the Management Office. Please leave the condo tidy by emptying the trash, starting the dishwasher, and placing all dirty linens in the bathroom. Fresh linens and a thoroughly cleaned space are provided for every tenant, but no maid service is available during your stay.
