Hello!My roommate and I are UM students, and will be going home for the summer. We are offering a short-term lease for our apartment from May 10th - July 28th 2013, with the opportunity to extend. The rent includes everything except electricity, internet, and cable. Evergreen Apartments is a beautifully landscaped community with a gorgeous pond for picnics on a warm spring day. Enjoy the summer months by the outdoor pool or cool off in the charming clubhouse and use the free WIFI service. The management team is professional and offers great costumer service, and there is 24-hour emergency maintenance services. It's a safe, gated community, and great for college students and families. The apartment is located on the first floor, which allows for a smooth move-in, and quick access to washers and dryers in our building. It comes in handy for those long school days.We are conveniently close to Kroger, Meijer, Target and the Rave Movie Theater.We are located on the AATA bus line.
