All of the upstairs rooms have blackout blinds, so you can get restful sleep. If you are needing to get some work done during your stay, the home office is quiet, comfortable and spacious. Owner pays water, garbage, and HOA. Renter is responsible for other utilities. No smoking in the home please. There is one dedicated parking spot for the unit and then multiple visitor spots. There is a limit of 2 cars per household. Tenant is responsible for small repairs, like changing light bulbs, but the owner can be contacted for any ther repairs.
