Our 2 bedrooms start at $675 and are nice units. The $675 and $695 units have air conditioning, eat- in kitchens, a walk-in closet in each BR, are in a limited-access building, and are about 850 sq. ft. The $695 units also have private decks. In the $745 and $765 units, you would pay only the electricity for utilities. The electricity will run approx. $30 plus about $1 per day that you run the a/c. Then we have 2 newer buildings, one at Four Seasons and one at Four Seasons II. These 2 buildings have a dishwasher, central air conditioning, private decks, limited-access buildings, nearly sound-proofed between apartments for privacy, 1000+ sq. ft, either 1-1/2 baths or one large bathroom w/ 2 sinks, etc... These apartments are very nice and are $845 per month. With these units you would pay heat and electricity, but because these are energy-efficient buildings they will run approx. $75 per month for both. That's 1/2 of what it normally would be so that significantly lowers the total monthly cost of the unit. Any 2 bedroom can be furnished for an additional $95 per month. That would include two complete bedroom sets, a dining room set, and a complete living room set. Garages are also available for $55 per month with electric remote openers. Otherwise there is off-street parking. There is also laundry on every floor in the two-bedroom buildings. As for availability, we should be able to accommodate you as long as we talk soon. Our deposit on all units is $275 and the application fee is $50 for an individual or married couple, or $40 each for multiple applications for the same unit. What I suggest to everyone is coming to look at our apartment community. It really stands head and shoulders above the others in Des Moines and West Des Moines. We are situated on 6 acres, have plenty of off-street parking, and the property is beautifully landscaped. We also have an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool and a full 2000 sq. ft. clubhouse. The clubhouse has free wireless Internet, a cardiovascular exercise facility, pool table, game room, fireplace, wet bar, men's and women's saunas, showers and changing rooms, and more! Although, the nicest thing we offer isn't any of those things I just mentioned. Four Seasons is a family-owned and operated apartment community so when you come home, you can relax and enjoy your home. You know when you come home there won't be any hassles.
