We also have included the utility, trash, snow removal, and internet bill in the rent. This home is smoke free. This property also has a 2 car attached garage that tenant will have full access to. There is an application fee of $42 for a background check. We do allow for dogs, but have a pet fee of $200 per month. We also have a cleaning fee of $200.
