PETS The Landlord allows pets on the Property. There are restrictions on the types of pets allowed on the Property. - The Tenant is not required to pay a pet fee of 25 dollars a month - Allowed Pets: Dog with no history of aggression. - Number of Pets: The total number allowed on the Property cannot be more than one pet - Additional facts: Dogs must follow all Alki beach restrictions on leashed pets SMOKING POLICY. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Property. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of tobacco or marijuana products, whether through smoking, vaping, or any other traditional or non-traditional methods. The Landlord will strictly enforce any violation of this section. MINORS fI children in the unit under the age of 18 are present, an adult must be present on the deck with child at all times. Children under the age of 18 cannot be left unsupervised in the unit Landlord not responsible for injury due to violation of these rules. NEIGHBORS Tenant must observe quiet hours between the hours of 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7 days a week, due to close proximity of neighbors and bottom unit dwelling.. No loud music beyond reasonable level or frequent loud parties. ALKI BEACH POLICY Tenant will adhere to all Alki Beach marine policies in not going near wildlife and all Alki beach policies. .SMOKING, DRUGS Absolutely no drugs or smoking on the property except those prescribed by a doctor. THEFT Tenant is responsible for all theft, damage or loss of belongings left outside of rented property. BEACH ACCESS The tenants) hereby waive and release the landlord, the property owner, and any agents or employees from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with using beach access stairs. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or death. The tenants) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the landlord, the property owner, and any agents or employees from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities (including attorney's fees) that may arise from the tenant(s)' use or misuse of the beach access stairs including injuries to third parties. The tenants) certify that they are in good health and do not suffer from any condition that would make the use of the beach access stairs dangerous. The tenants) agree to consult a physician before using the beach access stairs fi they have any concerns about their health. The tenants) acknowledge that the use of the beach access stairs is unsupervised, and they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any guests who use the beach access stairs.
