Pets of any kind are not allowed (please do not ask). Only person(s) and vehicle(s) on the lease may reside there. Outside storage to be okayed (on an individual basis) by management. One year lease is standard but we are happy to find a tenant immediately, upon your 60 day notice (if you would like us to), and let you out of your contract early when they confirm taking over.
