I purchased this house to fix it up and rent it later, but my significant other and I have bought a house in Kalmazoo. My time obligations between work and now college have severely limited my ability to drive across state to work on this house. The roofs on both the garage and the house are intact and do not leak water. The house walls are square and true, my 4' level reported a 1/8th inch deviation from floor to ceiling. The main issue is the sill plates need to be replaced under two walls (the reason the floor is removed). Harbor Freight jacks and elbow grease are generally sufficient, the ground is stable for lifting. I'm asking $25,000. I will do land contracts or other kinds of contracts for Deed. I will charge 3.5% interest on the balance and I require a minimum of $1000 down payment. I will finance offers, but they will be financed at a higher interest rate.
