2 large bedrooms with wall-to-wall closet space. I am moving to Minnesota and am hoping to find someone to rent my apartment in Redondo Beach. My lease is until March 2025, but I will be moving out Aug 19th. I live 2 blocks from the ocean and boardwalk in a very quiet neighborhood. The unit is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom very spacious apartment of about 1000 sq ft, with heated floors if needed. (I have never used it to date.) I have been in this wonderful place for 18 months but it is time for me to move out of state. There is a private courtyard, swimming pool, underground parking, and wonderful neighbors. The electric bill is about 75/month and everything else except cable/internet is included in the rent. I will only be there to show the apartment Aug 7th to the 19th, but if you want to see it, I will give you the manager's contact info and he can let you in. The ad says its a room for rent but the entire apartment is available.
