Riptide Retreat is a 2-bedroom suite. There is a queen-size bed in one bedroom and bunk beds in the other. There is a full kitchen and bathroom. You have a private porch to enjoy as well! Riptide Retreat has 2 parking spots located on the bay side of the property on Eisenhower Street directly in front of your suite. Please park close together to ensure there is enough room for 4 vehicles to park in this lot. Riptide Retreat is located in Seabrook Village - Beach District. Surrounded by ocean, you can choose which beach to visit. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it's great for bike riding and walks. There are five other units in this building, so please enjoy your quiet time after 9pm. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning, such as dirty dishes or soiled floors. Cleaning fees are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday, and guests should ensure their trash is in designated bins and moved near the road. Guests are expected to inform the host of any damage beyond normal wear and tear and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay for any damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Respect the approved number of guests and ask the host if unsure about visitor rules. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited and no parties are allowed. Lock the doors when not home and upon departure.
