Perfect for families, this cozy home-away-from-home is just a short stroll across the bridge to downtown Hampton Beach, where lively restaurants, entertainment, and the iconic boardwalk await. Surrounded by pristine beaches, you're spoiled for choice! Seaside Shanty is a 2-bedroom suite. There is a queen-size bed in one bedroom and two twin beds side by side in the other. There is a full kitchen and bathroom. You have a private porch to enjoy as well! Seaside Shanty has 1 parking spot located directly in front of the suite on the 301 Portsmouth Ave side of the building. There are no assigned parking spots. If you have more than 1 vehicle you will need to find parking in an alternative lot for the second vehicle. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk or there is the Hampton Park and Ride that allows free overnight parking. Seaside Shanty is located in Seabrook Village Beach District. We are surrounded by ocean. You can pick which beach you go to. Located in a quiet neighborhood, great for bike riding and walks. There are five other units in this building. Enjoy your quiet time after 9pm. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated bin(s) and moved out near the road. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they're responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Guests should respect the approved number of guests and should ask their host if they're unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. No parties. Lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay.
