Large closets, a jetted tub, laundry in unit, stainless steel appliances (installed 1/15), and beautiful views out to the lawn. Apartment includes one underground parking spot. Pets are allowed with a fee. Yorktown Estates clubhouse available to all residents includes a full gym, tanning bed, hair salon, massage room, business center, dry cleaning pick up/ drop off, wifi, and (my favorite) continental breakfast on weekdays. Outdoor area includes a very nice salt water pool, fire pit, grills, and a putting green. I've loved living in this apartment. The staff are all wonderful and the maintenance staff is courteous, efficient, and good. Yorktown Estates pays water and trash. Tenet pays electricity, gas, and internet/cable.
