Anderson Townhomes are very peaceful and quiet. They are located 1/2 mile south of downtown. Neighbors are friendly and helpful to each other. Each townhome has a utility room with washer/dryer connections and all living rooms have gas fireplaces. Refrigerators are not provided but each townhome contains microwave, dishwasher, and oven. Many units have wood-look vinyl flooring throughout. We require a good credit history and we are completely non-smoking inside and out. We allow one small dog under 20 lbs for $300 pet fee.
