We have a terrific house that is for rent in a quiet area of Montebello. The house is on the 1st hole of Montebello golf course. The tenant pays the gas and electricity, and the owner pays for the water and trash. Anyone interested will need to complete an application,provide proof of income, and we do run credit checks (minimum credit score 650).
