Application screening will incorporate a combination of factors including but not limited to stability of income, ability to pay rent plus utilities, rental history (evictions, longevity/ stability), credit history (primarily payment history and less so the actual score), criminal background and eligibility factors noted above such as occupancy levels, smoking, etc.
