This duplex is located in the sought after Magnolia neighborhood with bus lines 2 streets over and Discovery Park with beach access and trails. The local Magnolia village has everything you need to not need to leave. We will not be living on site and the neighbors are great! Owner will pay for water, sewage & garbage. The bill comes every 2 months and ranges from 250 - 400 depending on water usage by the family. We ask that it be a minimum stay of 12 months, and are happy to extend and do a longer lease and work out a deal on the rent if you are staying longer than 12 months.
