Rent is $810 through July then goes down to $760 in August (which is much lower than the rent for first time tenants) but I am willing to pay the difference for June and July. Apartment does not come furnished but does come with fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), washer/dryer unit, and wifi. Other community amenities include free shuttle service to/from SHSU campus, 24 hour fitness center, and resort-style pool.
