The septic tank works very well and is very convenient if you park and use a trailer in the back. We have not had to have flood insurance for this property. The river has been built up pretty high on the north side. Things we added,fixed, or remodeled: Added 55 gal hot water hearted, pantry shelves in the laundry room, an alkaline water filter in the kitchen sink, a new kitchen faucet, new floor in the 3rd bedroom, updated power supply, and new bunk out floor. New windows were installed in the last 10 years and they are all sealed and very nice functional windows.
