My fiance and I bought a house and are leaving our lease here at Post Harbour early and looking for someone to take over the lease. The lease expires 10/20/19. You would need to sign a new lease through Post. The unit is one of their updated units with all new finishes and is on the first floor overlooking the pool. Taking over our lease would lock you into one of their better units instead of having to be placed on their wait list for one by the pool with the updated finishes. Washer and dryer are also rented through the building and included in the $1550 monthly rent. Utilities not included. We are offering $1000 towards rent if you take over the lease by August 1st.
