Minor maintenance (e.g., light bulbs, batteries for smoke detectors, minor clogs) is tenant's responsibility. - Home Alterations: No painting or alterations to the property are allowed unless approved in writing by the landlord. - Damages: Tenant will be held responsible for any damages caused by negligence or misuse.
