Tenant will not engage in any objectionable conduct, including behavior which will make the Premises less fit to live in, will cause dangerous, hazardous or unsanitary conditions. The tenant will be expected not to interfere with the rights of neighboring homeowners and to allow them to enjoy their respective property and Peace & Quiet. No Tobacco Smoking will be permitted indoors and will not be tolerated. If the Tenant has a pet, Weekly Poop Pick-up will be Required, Absolutely no Cats! - Tenant will be liable for any damage occurring to the Premises and any damage to, or loss of the contents thereof which is done by Tenant or Tenant's guests or invitees. Tenant will maintain the Premises, including appliances, fixtures and furnishings, in clean, sanitary and good condition and repair. Tenant will not remove Landlord's appliances, fixtures, or furnishings from the Premises for any purpose. If repairs other than general maintenance are required, the Tenant will notify Landlord for such repairs. In the event of default by Tenant, the Tenant will reimburse Landlord for the cost of any repairs or replacement. Tenant will not obstruct the driveways, sidewalks, courts, entry ways, stairs and/or halls. Tenant will not obstruct or cover the windows or doors. Tenant will not leave windows or doors in an open position during any inclement weather. Tenant will not cause or permit any locks or hooks to be placed upon any door or window without the prior written consent of Landlord. Tenant will keep all bathrooms, sinks, toilets, and other water and plumbing supplies in good order and repair and shall use same only for the purposes for which they were constructed. Tenant will not allow any sweepings, rubbish, sand, rags, ashes or other substances to be thrown or deposited into any sinks or toilets. Tenant will deposit all trash, garbage, rubbish or refuse in the locations provided. Tenant will abide by and be bound by any and all rules and regulations affecting the Premises or the common areas of the Premises which may be adopted or promulgated from time to time by Landlord. Clean-Up after yourself, take out the Garbage, Be Kind to our plumbing, Respect the Neighbors. If you want to use the yard, take care to Pull weeds as they develop in the open areas. - 10pm - 8am Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours This Lease is for 6 months, with the option to renew at the end of Lease term.
