Our Manoa Valley home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac conveniently just above busy Waikiki. The house is very bright & airy and boasts gorgeous views from every room. Shared with two professionals; 1, musician & sculpture artist and 1, rad pilot and 1, intelligent mutt. We are all good vibes and love our co-living/co-working hillside paradise. The large primary bedroom is currently furnished but can come empty as well. It has an epic 14' x 6' walk-thru closet, a powerful rain shower, an indoor jacuzzi tub, and private backyard area. The space is currently staged with a king-sized bed, tv, sitting area, desk, towels, bedding, lighting, art, with outdoor seating as well as plenty of plants. The house itself has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths (including the primary suite). All 3 bedrooms and laundry quarters are located downstairs, 2 floors from the shared living above. Shared furnished spaces include a large open kitchen, in-room A/C units, washer/dryer (same level as the bedrooms) a living room, a dining area, a bright office and a lofted area on its entirely own floor; mainly it's set up for visiting guests or also as a work/lounging spot. There's an outdoor gym (benches and weights), grassy patio with hammocks, garden furniture in a few different areas, and a sweet fish pond. Garage has a car lift inside and the driveway allow for 2 guest parking spots. Manoa valley offers easy access to everything town, close to hiking trails, Manoa valley has a neighborhood park, and a clutch little shopping center with restaurants and all the things. It's a 10 minute drive to Waikiki Beach, 10 minute drive to downtown Honolulu & 20 minute from the airport. Rent is due 3 days before the first of the month depending on form of payments. Utilities are negotiable. Smoking is a total outside situation if at all. Music and TV dims in the evenings as sound carries easily throughout the valley. Room comes furnished with appliances, king size bedding, bath towels and a desk. Strict zero tolerance policy on any violence, discrimination or any other undiagnosed bad vibes that upset the flow of the house.
