As part of the application process, you will complete the form in Zillow and be charged $35 to apply. Screening will include a background check conducted by Zillow that looks at criminal record, credit, and renting history. It's a quick and easy process! After background check is approved we can choose a move in date, sign lease, and all set! Rent is $1,800 per month, which is inclusive of all the amenities and utilities mentioned above. Only other additional fee is paying for electricity. Initial lease is for 1 year. Will consider a discounted rental rate if tenant is open to signing for multiple years.
