The tiny house is a stand alone building, with privacy fence around its whole perimeter, private gate and lock box (self check-in). This property is available for short or long term stays. Blocked dates: August 1st & 2nd, September 13th, 20th & 21st, October 11th, December 6th. Weekle rent flat fee: $400 ($200 dollars deposit). It will be available for long term lease beginning February 3rd, 2026. We are taking applications now. No hidden fees. The tiny house is completely furnished with sleeper sofa, mini fridge, microwave, two burner electric stove, toaster, dinnerware and silverware, pots, etc. Deck provides a private space with patio furniture and gril, this is the designated smoking area. We have included iron, iron board, mattress top and bed sheets for sleeper sofa, queen size air mattress, towels and wash clothes. All linens and towels are bleached and steam sanitized. This is a short term rental. Property is available for weekly, monthly rental. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor area. No parties or events. One tenant is allowed. No guests staying on property overnight.
