This apartment is great for your first move to the cities! It very large for a 1 bedroom and was recently updated in April 2015. My girlfriend and I have been comfortably living here for 7 months. We love the building and love the neighborhood, but have to move for work. We're posting this ad ourselves so we can get out of the last month and move early. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, but water and gas are in management name and tenant will have cost added to bill each month. I'm currently living here with my girlfriend and our combined water bill each month is about $20. Very affordable!
