( has a bonus room when you enter that can be used to store bicycles and strollers etc. Or used as an office. (House was renovated in 97) Modest furnishings and fully loaded with useful appliances and utensils, linens, dinnerware, cooking items, umbrella's, etc etc....You don't need to bring much of anything. 3 blocks to 5 different supermarkets and high quality food shops, Health Food Store, Billiards, popular family diner, salon, Yoga and smoothie bar around the corner, Coffee pot park, boat and kayak launch ramp just 5 blocks away. Too many great things about staying at our modest little spacious home. Overgrowth in the yard is intentional to give it that Florida feeling. Yard isn't much to brag about as we use to have backyard chickens, but we do the yard work so that is a plus. There is a grapefruit and avocado tree and you can have your fill of star fruit from our house across the street. We don't have granite counter tops or fancy window treatments, but it is cozy and you get a nice feeling like you are on a vacation even though it is not a tourist area. Extremely convenient for walking and riding your bike downtown along scenic Coffee Pot drive to the Saturday morning market. You may just spot a manatee or a dolphin and never want to leave and have an endless vacation.
