The apartment faces east/ west so there is plenty of natural lighting. There is a full kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove top, oven, and garbage disposal. The living room will come partially furnished with matching cozy couch and chair set. Across from kitchen there is plenty of space for a small table, if you so chose. The bathroom is newly updated with shower/ tub, toilet and sink. Inside the one bedroom is a large double closet, and a east facing window. The space is large enough for at least a queen sized bed, large dresser, and night stands. Laundry is right outside the unit with a full washer and dryer, both free to use. As far as location, the apartment is located less than 0.1 miles from interstate 44 entrance/ exit ramps, within 1 mile of interstate 64 entrance/ exit ramps, close to tower grove park as well as the many restaurants/ shops/ bars/ etc that are in the tower grove and Shaw area. There is plenty of parking by the unit, I typically park on the street but there is also a small lot should you prefer. As far as safety is concerned, I feel very safe and have not had any problems at all in the 5 months here and I am a young female living alone. There is also a gait with a lock code on the perimeter of all the units as an extra means of security. Price is listed as is, with partially furnished living room (couch/ chair combo), including cable and WiFi. Electricity not included.
