One of the rooms has already been rented, and we are currently looking for renters for the remaining two rooms. The space has a private entrance and is separate from where the homeowner lives. It includes three rooms in total, two bathrooms with showers, a kitchen, and a separate dining area. Each room has its own air conditioning unit. The location is very convenient just a 10-minute walk to Waikiki and very close to Waikiki Elementary School. The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors are very friendly. The last month's rent is due at signing. No smoking or pets are allowed in the room. Street parking is available for your vehicle.
