We have a Common House, where meals are cooked up to 6 times a week that you can join, if you like. No one has to, because we all have our own full units, complete with kitchen and dining room. People's need for privacy is highly respected. Besides a commercial grade kitchen and dining room, the Common House has guest rooms that members can sign up for, so everyone doesn't need to have their own guestroom. There is also a kids play room, a music room, a room for teens to hang out, a sitting room with fireplace, etc... There is also a chicken club for people who would like to have chickens and enjoy fresh eggs. There is a workshop for woodworking and crafts. We have 11 acres, 6 of which are open space for walking through and enjoying nature. Residents go out of their way to lend a hand, when you need it.
