Our condo is a short 5 min walk to the boardwalk/beach and 2 blocks from the bay where you can take in some beautiful sunsets. Boardwalk, amusement parks, restaurants and other attractions are within walking distance. We are looking for an annual lease, ideally a single person or a couple, no pets.
