House is close to world famous sky diving facility in Eloy, several federal/ state detention centers as well as Lucid Electric plant. Huge kitchen, dining area plus a play room with electric fireplace. Huge patio features an outside dining area, a small bar, electric fireplace and tv. There are couple of other sitting areas to relax in the backyard. There are solar gardens, solar security lights and cameras. This place would be perfect for a Nurse or Correctional Officer working in the near by Correctional Facilities. It would also be great for folks visiting the Sky Diving Facility near by.
