The Caltrain Station is at the end of Castro Street, whisking you north to San Francisco in as little as 40 minutes thanks to our new electric trains. At the same station you can catch VTA transport, which takes you throughout the South Bay. Many large local corporations have shuttle stops here as well -- including the Big G and the Big A. It really is an unbeatable location! Because of rising utility costs, we ask tenants to pay a $125 per month utility surcharge, and note that we also ask tenants to purchase tenant insurance, which typically costs $15 to $20 per month.
