Renter pays for all utilities on the home, which is electric, trash, gas, water, and wifi. Renter must take care of all lawn maintenance and snow removal. We do require a credit score of 620 or better. All adults must apply for the home and meet our requirements. We require 1.5X rent in income (approx $2700 income per month). Small dog is allowed with deposit, NO CATS. We do require a cleaning fee, which can be refunded if the home is returned in the same condition it was left in on move in day. This is a PRIVATE landlord, easy to get along with as long as you do your part as a renter.
