A large, renovated kitchen features fully stocked cookware with ample serveware. The kitchen has leathered granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and recessed retractable outlets built into the countertop. There is a large pantry area for food storage. A dining table off the kitchen seats six, and the breakfast bar seats an additional two, offering an ideal spot for reading the morning's emails or paper with a cup of coffee. There are two stools at the kitchen island. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. A few starter laundry pods are provided too. Should you require wash and fold service, please let us know. Amenity cards offer access to private amenities for guests, including on-island dining, the beach club pool, tennis and paddleball, golf, and the equestrian center. The daily cost of the cards is included with your stay, a savings of $50 per day per family. There are additional fees for certain activities, such as a round of golf, trail rides, and dining, but an Amenity Card is needed to access these amenities. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Driveway parking is available, and there is garage access with a Tesla charger in the garage. This property has a limit of 3 gate passes. Guests will find that the area offers so much to do, with vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away.
