The final bedroom is also upstairs, across from the main bedroom. It currently serves as an office with lots of light and charm. There is vibrant floral wallpaper and brand new wood floors. Please note that this can be converted into a third bedroom if needed. 
Pets are allowed upon approval. I'm looking for tenants who treat it as thought it's their own!
The location is unbeatable--a quick walk to Larimer street, the heart of the Denver food scene. There is a light rail station a block away providing access to the whole city. Coors Field is a quick bike ride, as is the rest of downtown. RiNo and Five Points have both become known for their great food and art. There are plenty of parks in walking distance as well as a public pool that's open all summer!
