It's yours for $5,000/month, with utilities, WiFi, lawn care, pool maintenance, and pest control all taken care of. The house sits in a peaceful neighborhood near the Pineda Causeway and backs up to a nature preserve, giving you a quiet, natural view right from the backyard. You're less than 10 minutes from the beach, Patrick Space Force Base, and Viera, and just two blocks from a brand-new Sprouts Farmers Market and gym. Nearby ponds and trails are great for family walks. Inside, there's a newly renovated open floor plan with a full kitchen stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and plenty of room to cook together. The main level has 3 bedrooms, and upstairs offers an extra bedroom, bathroom, and a bonus room we've used as a play space for our kids feel free to keep it that way if you've got little ones! Outside, tropical plants we've tended to surround the pool and living areas, plus there's a heated outdoor shower for rinsing off after a swim.
