Lease Signing The lease agreement and rider will be sent out for all parties to review and sign. 4. Final Submission to Management The tenant will then submit the complete lease package to the management company in person, along with the required application fee and move-in fee (if applicable). 6. Management Company Approval The standard approval process by the management company typically takes 23 weeks. If there's a need to expedite the process, please notify the listing broker so they can help push the application along. Required Fees: $350 Application Processing & Credit Check Fee Payable to R.E.M. Residential, to be dropped off in person at the management company by the applicant.
